Will stocks ever go up again? Stocks are never going to go back down. Essentially, when you begin to hear these things you know that traditionally things are prepared to turn, for the good or bad depending on where the typical knowledge of the mob thinks things are. Not then, let us take a look at the finance stories on Feb twenty, 2009 at the mid-day point:. Bank Stocks getting hammered DJX Levels closes at all time lows ; getting close to 97' lows. GM market cap under 1 Billion ; 1929 it was four Billion Investment Community;. Investors of banks on the point of being wiped out. Wow, that looks pretty bad does not it? Indeed, those are some frightening press releases. So, dire really, the government worried about financier confidence held a press meeting. **Highlights to the central authority Fiscal Press Lecture ; Feb twenty, 2009**. Our policies can't be seen in the market inside days, it takes time to dig out. We're not targeted on the market ; we are looking at commercial recovery.

It may take some time to get out of the hole, the hole might get deeper before we fill it in. We are working on roles, repossessions, financing markets, re-regulation, and world stability.

We aren't predicting in nationalizing the banks. The Money Bank rescue plan is scheduled to be announced by the treasury next week.

I assume, I'd submit to you that we get closer to that bottom.
